Betsy is a Physician Associate and works for The Hall Practice as part of the Chalfonts PCN. She joins us from the USA. Betsy is interested in orthopaedics & musculoskeletal conditions and has experience in several areas including, among others, general practice and orthopaedics.

Sally is a Pharmacy Technician working with The Hall Practice as part of The Chalfonts Primary Care Network. Sally also helps run our PCN Frailty & Housebound Service.

CHRIS MCFADDEN

Chris is a Social Prescriber working across the Chalfont Practices as part of the Primary Care Network. She will help patients to focus on ‘what matters to me’ and take a holistic approach to people’s health and wellbeing. Chris can help connect people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support. She also helps our vulnerable and frail patients and works with new parents.

Community Midwives

The community midwife shares the care of all mothers before and after delivery. She holds antenatal clinics at the medical centre and can be contacted via your doctor's secretary or directly with Wycombe Maternity Unit on 01494 734233 between 8.30 and 9.30am.

Community Nurses

District nursing sisters provide advice, support and nursing care to patients and families in their homes and can be contacted through the surgery or by telephoning 01494 426030.

The Health visitors are based at the Chalfonts & Gerrards Cross Hospital opposite the Medical Centre. The telephone number is 01753 888835.
